Product Content Introduction
Structural Features: The main body is forged from 59-1 brass, offering excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The crimping ports are equipped with 304 stainless steel ferrules, with three sets of outer pipe wall teeth and grooves for rubber sealing rings inside. The female thread port is processed with precision threads, allowing direct connection to male thread fittings or equipment.
Working Principle: A dedicated crimping tool applies pressure to the stainless steel ferrule, causing plastic deformation to tightly wrap the aluminum-plastic pipe. Simultaneously, the rubber sealing ring is compressed to fill the gap between the fitting and the pipe, forming a dual-seal structure to achieve leak-free connection.
