Dual Locking, Zero Sealing Risk

During crimping, the stainless steel crimping wings are embedded into the outer aluminum strip of the aluminum-plastic pipe, forming a mechanical lock; at the same time, the food-grade EPDM sealing ring is completely filled with gaps after being squeezed, achieving "physical occlusion + elastic sealing" double protection. It has no leakage after 1.6MPa water pressure test (lasting 24 hours), in line with GB/T 18992.2 national standard.

Foolproof Installation, Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement

No professional welders or complex tools are required. Ordinary construction personnel can operate after simple training: insert the aluminum-plastic pipe to the marking line→align the crimping pliers with the crimping wings→press once to the rated pressure (about 30kN), and the installation can be completed in 30 seconds, which is more than 60% more efficient than traditional threaded connections.

Compatible with All Media, Safe and Harmless

The lead content of the brass main body is ≤0.01% (in line with NSF/ANSI 61 drinking water standards), and the food-grade EPDM sealing ring has passed RoHS certification. It can safely transport drinking water, antifreeze, food-grade lubricants and other media, eliminating heavy metal precipitation or peculiar smell pollution.
