It features fully PPR integrally molded construction without metal inserts, and its equal-diameter design ensures consistent pipe diameter throughout the pipeline. Through hot-melt technology, it forms homogeneous sealing with PPR pipes, boasting a temperature resistance range from -20℃ to 95℃, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and compliance with drinking water safety standards. Its large arc streamlined inner wall reduces water flow resistance and water hammer impact. Installation Key Points

Hot Melt Connection Steps

Cutting: Use a pipe cutter to cut the pipe vertically and remove burrs.

Heating: Control the temperature of the hot melter at 260±5℃, and heat the pipe and fitting simultaneously for 5-24 seconds (adjust according to pipe diameter).

Connection: Insert vertically and hold for 10-12 seconds, avoiding rotation or excessive pressure.

Cooling: Cool naturally for 5-10 minutes, and avoid disturbance during this period.

Precautions

Pipes and fittings must be of the same brand to ensure fusion compatibility.

During winter construction, preheat the pipes to above 5℃ to avoid cracking due to cold brittleness.

For maintenance scenarios, non-hot-melt quick connectors or extended die hot melters can be used to simplify operations.
