Structural Features
Valve Body Material: Usually made of brass, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and strong pressure-bearing capacity, making it suitable for various working environments.
Connection Method: Adopts female thread connection (also known as threaded connection), which can be tightly connected with pipes or fittings with male threads. It is easy to install and has good sealing performance.
Ball Valve Structure: The valve is opened or closed by rotating the valve stem. It is lightweight to operate, requiring only a 90° rotation from fully open to fully closed. It features reliable sealing, a simple structure, and easy maintenance.
Filter Structure: Generally of a Y-type filter structure, with a built-in double-layer stainless steel mesh for strong filtration performance. It can effectively intercept impurities in the medium, preventing granular impurities from entering the pipeline system and causing blockages or wear. The filter bucket is convenient for storing impurities; during cleaning, only the detachable filter cartridge needs to be taken out, treated, and then reinstalled.
