Adopting high-quality PPR raw materials such as those from South Korea's Hyosung, it complies with the GB/T 18742.3-2002 standard for polypropylene fittings for cold and hot water use. It is hygienic and non-toxic, and can be directly used for drinking water transportation.

It has a wide temperature resistance range, with a long-term working temperature of up to 70℃ and a short-term tolerance of 95℃ high temperature. Its service life at room temperature exceeds 50 years.

The all-plastic structure avoids the risk of metal corrosion, is light in weight, and has excellent impact resistance, making it suitable for long-term underground or exposed installation.

Optimized Hydrodynamic Design

The large-radius streamlined Y-shaped structure can reduce water flow resistance by more than 50% and improve the uniformity of flow splitting. It is especially suitable for scenarios with high water flow requirements (such as simultaneous water use in multiple bathrooms).

Precautions and Maintenance

Anti-Freezing Measures

PPR pipes may freeze and crack below -20℃, but no special protection is required for regular use. In extreme low temperatures, thermal insulation cotton can be added or water in the pipes can be drained.

Quality Identification

Check whether the appearance is smooth, without bubbles or cracks, and the welding surface should be flat and not deformed.

Installation Specifications

Hot-melt operation must be carried out by professional personnel to avoid insufficient interface strength due to improper operation.

Expansion space should be reserved for pipe laying to avoid stress cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
